Northwest Crossing Development
Northwest Crossing is a proposed development across from Gallatin High School. There will be 150,000 square feet of commercial space and over 700 residences. There will also include over 30 acres of park space.
Cottonwood and Ida Development
The Cottonwood and Ida Development will include commercial lease space, art shops, and residential spaces. There will be 73 residential dwellings, 24,700 square feet for commercial properties, and 50,000 square feet of open space.
Ferguson Farm
Ferguson Farm is a new development on the west side of Bozeman. It started with Sidewinders and the Market, but there is a second phase in the works. In phase II, 31 acres will be developed into 35 buildings. They will primarily consist of 850,000 square feet of commercial space, as well as a hotel. There is also a discussion of multi-story residential units being built in phase II.
Wildlands Development
The Wildlands development will add 45,000 square feet to the building that contains Wild Crumb Bakery. The development will have 12 residential units, as well as some commercial spaces. The residential units will be 2-3 bedroom places with in-home washers and dryers, heated garage parking, and outdoor decks.
