Blackwood Groves Subdivision
The Blackwood Groves neighborhood is located west of Sacajawea Middle School on a 120-acre parcel. It will include 181 single-family residents, 15 multi-family properties, and 5 mixed lots. This neighborhood will serve a variety of residents with an array of income levels and demographics.
