The natural beauty that surrounds you hearkens back to the wonder the men of the Expedition must have felt as they gazed upon your hillside, untouched as it was.
Fast forward nearly 200 years, this working ranch subdivided in the year 2000, you have your choice of parcels and you choose #6 for its view, the meandering creek that flows down the gentle slope and the easy access.
