Lot 26B Sportsman's Paradise #8

Lot 26B is the only lot for sale on the Madison River, at this time, in an area where there are very few lots ever for sale. This lot is triple chocolate! River/creek/trees! Sheep Creek runs through the length of it on its way to the river, with some trees along the banks of the creek, with several beautiful building sites. Property borders Nat. Forest land on the north where the Madison River flows through. There is a gravel bar to walk across to get to the water's edge, from when the river changed course. This property is upriver a short distance from the Slide Inn, but on the south side of the river. There is power to several homes in the area so power is available not too far away. Sheep Creek Road is a Forest Service road and is kept open during most of the winter by local residents. Beyond Sheep Creek, the side roads would be considered seasonal access unless someone chose to go in by snowmobile.
